September 01, 2017 Federal Acquisition Services Alliant Joint Venture, LLC (FASA) has been awarded the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Configuration Management (CM) contract supporting the Air Force’s 844TH Communications Group out of Andrews Air Force Base (AFB), MD. This two and a half year effort has a current value of over $1M and is constructed to advise and assist the customer in the development of a comprehensive Configuration Management program. FASA’s Configuration Management (CM) team will oversee the Enterprise Architecture and Lifecycle Management of Information Technology (IT) assets. Our responsibilities include the definition and execution of IT policies and standards, IT project management and supporting tools, defining and maintaining the organization’s Enterprise Architecture, Configuration Management Plan/Processes and implementation of common IT services which fit into DOD’s long term goals as we move toward a Joint Infrastructure Environment (JIE). FASA is thrilled for this opportunity to expand our existing Air Force portfolio, which currently includes support the Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) in California.
February 01, 2017 - DVS has been awarded the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Information Systems Operation Service Support (ISOSS) contract from the United States Army, out of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood. This effort supports the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico and involves the following scope of work criteria: IT support services, customer service desk operations, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, COMSEC Operations, network operations, database/data warehouse administration, file, print, and mission server support service, and Continuity Operations of Plan (COOP) and Operation Plan (OPLAN) support services.
May 20, 2016 - As part of Team Secure Mission Solutions (a Parsons Company), DVS has been selected as one of the winner of the Multiple Award IDIQ from U.S. Cyber Command. The scope of these requirements includes capabilities, knowledge, and expertise in the full range of technologies, Cyberspace Operations, joint operation planning, training and exercises, and business areas needed to support USCYBERCOM’s operational mission, which extends throughout the CMF, Service Cyber Components, and JFHQs. In addition, the scope includes all-source intelligence, research and development, test, and evaluation services. These services may be required throughout the United States, its territories and possessions and in foreign countries.
April 14, 2016 - DVS has been awarded the Information Security (INFOSEC) contract from the Department of the Interior (DOI), Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA), Disaster Credit Management System (DCMS). The scope of the work includes security categorization, control selection, vulnerability assessment, incident response, configuration audit, penetration testing, monitoring processes, weakness identification, tracking, and corrective action validation, generate authorization documentation packages, update of security documentation, and creation and management of the artifacts.

This contract’s primary tasks include Cybersecurity; Certification and Accreditation (C&A); Server Administration (Unix and Windows); Network and Telecommunications Management; Virtualization, COTS/GOTS applications deployment and Database Administration; 24x7 Tier 1-3 Help Desk; Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) application; Configuration Management, System Build, Integration and Testing Environment; and Surge IT Projects.
Aug 15, 2015 - DVS has been awarded Task Order (TO) 3 on the Enterprise Information Assurance Cyber Security Support (EIACCS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) Tier 3 Advanced Security Analytic Support including threat operations, cyber operations, data collection and refinement, media/malware analysis, and APT analysis in support of threat mitigation across all of FBI.

Jul 20, 2015 - DVS has been awarded the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE). This support includes delivering a full scope of information technology (IT) services and capabilities to the DIA, the Combatant Commands (CCMDs) supporting intelligence needs, and partner agency worldwide missions across the Intelligence Community (IC).

Jun 22, 2015 - DVS has been awarded the Advanced Research and Technology Enclave Management and Information Support 4 (ARTEMIS-4) contract to provide the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) support services including design, development, deployment, maintenance, and operation of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) as well as business-related operational and integration to Information technology environments. This support also includes systems operations, development, migration, integration, sustainment, system life-cycle management, configuration management, cyber security support, cable plant, and network infrastructure support.
Apr 1, 2015 - DVS has been awarded the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (NHCP) Information Management Department Support Services (IMDSS) contract to provide the operation and maintenance of NHCP software systems and equipment and for applications and web development, data warehousing, system administration, and network support. This support also includes system security and specialized security and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) concerns while providing services at the medical facility.
Jan 23, 2015 - DVS has been awarded the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Enterprise Information Assurance and Cybersecurity Support (EIACSS) Blank Purchase Agreement contract to provide information assurance and information security services for FBI IT operations and resource management requirements. The technical areas of services include: infrastructure management, continuous risk management, advanced threat analytics, cyber operations, and advanced security engineering support services.
Jan 17, 2015 - DVS has been awarded the U.S. Army Information Technology Agency (USAITA) Enterprise Data Facility Services and Storage Services contract to provide all activities necessary to the operations and sustainment of all ITA’s IFR support, local storage infrastructure, and enterprise fibre channel transport.
Dec 28, 2014 - DVS acquired SAFEOps, Inc., an established Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in Cyber Policy and Strategy. This strategic acquisition expands the DVS contract base to the National Security Agency and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and extends DVS’s capabilities into cybersecurity systems engineering, policy, and program development/management. DVS acquired two patents from SAFEOps in the area of cybersecurity assessment software. In addition, Mr. Brian Skutt, formerly President of SAFEOps, has joined DVS as Vice President.

May 22, 2014 - DVS has been awarded the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) contract to provide the combatant commands and the Joint Staff (JS) with effects-based, precision options for selected networks and nodes in order to carry out the national security and military strategy of the United States. This contract – providing application services, such as sustainment, migration, integration, training, help desk support, testing, and operational – will provide on-site access control support for the JWAC, located in Dahlgren, Virginia.
